Caribbean Property Magazine is published by Hiltop Publications Ltd. from Barbados. They also produce Barbados Property News (www.barbadospropertynews.com), the sports tourism publication Sporting Barbados (www.sportingbarbados.com) and Polo Barbados. The directors and principals in the editorial team are the husband and wife owners Clarence and Pamela Hiles.

Clarence Hiles is a graduate of Queens University in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and has considerable experience in financial services, banking, real estate and journalism. He has written many articles on mortgage finance, real estate and general business in the Caribbean and also published various sporting works. He is also managing director of Caribbean Mortgage Services.

Pamela Hiles is the managing director of Hiltop Publications Ltd and a graduate of University of Western Ontario and the City University in London, England. She has a strong marketing, sales and journalistic background having worked with CBC and BBC prior to marketing manager of a leading Caribbean real estate firm.
