The real estate market may be slow at present, but there has been evidence that realism has come to the table and vendors are willing to negotiate. The process is evolving, but traditionally in Barbados there wasn't much room for negotiation. However, the reality that the global economic decline has reduced the number of potential buyers in the market place and the fact that other vendors are willing to compromise their asking price, has created a buyer's market that will slowly build as the year progresses.
